Cancellation/Late Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% for the service booked.

Cancellations made within 12 hours and up unto the appointment time booked OR a "no show" will be subject to a charge of 100% for the service booked.

With respect to that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late it will be considered a missed appointment and subject to a charge of 100% for the service booked.
