Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee (plus tax).
I understand that unexpected situations can happen. After paying the cancellation fee, you will have a 2-week grace period to rebook your appointment once. If you attend your rescheduled appointment within that timeframe, the fee will be refunded at the time of your visit.
Please note that refunds are not provided for missed appointments or sessions that are not properly cancelled.
